Hereditary   nonpolyposis  colorectal  cancer  (HNPCC)  is  caused  by
   mutations  in  genes  (MSH2,  MSH6,  MLH1,  and  MLH3) controlling DNA
   repair.
   This  pedigree  shows a family with HNPCC. colon (C) and other cancers
